Highly recommended. I will keep my identity private, I have a PWD mother that needs Dr. Now and then and during... lockdown we are frustrated to find a car rental service. Luckily they try to accommodate us with high safety precautions. At first I hesitate due to bad reviews but it's worth trying naman pala. We got the car disenfected. On time driver. This was by far the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had!I was looking for a rental car from 05.05.2022 until 28.05.2022. After an internet research I found Cebu Car rental. Based on the good looking of their internet website I choose Cebu Car rental, which was a very bad decision.On their website they described their MG SUV car wit the following words: “Automatic Transmission 2020, comes with dark tint, Bluetooth, great handling and suspension, a powerful engine”. (in the meantime they have changed the description). Also the photos show a modern car with fully equipment (like rear parking sensor, big screen, open roof). That was exactly the car, which I was looking and so I booked the car. At this time the communication was very good and I get the car delivery for free. The big disappointment comes on the next day. When the owner hand over me the car, the interior of the car looks completely different. The reality is that the car has manual Transmission, has no Bluetooth, no climatronic, no open roof, no touch screen, no parking sensor. The photos on internet website are not matching the reality. The car has only the basic interior. Unfortunately I had an important appointment and I need to rent this car. One week later, I was back in Cebu and I chat with the owner, that I'm not happy with car and that the photos on their website are not matching with the reality. Since I asked this question the way of communication changed and it was getting more and more worst. First the owner said that I get a car with basic interior, because the company gives me a discount in my rental rate. I asked for the upgrade of the car, but than the company said, that they have only one MG SUV in their portfolio. That was the evidence, that the information on their website are fake. Than I have asked for a smaller car with fully equipment, but the answer was that all cars are booked out or in maintenance. Also the responding time to my request was always very long. You always wait more than 3h until you get a response and when you try to call the company than nobody is accepting the call or the call gets denied. Very disappointed service!My personal highlight is happened on the 24.05.2022. On this day one of the wheels gets broken (hole in the wheel) and I was required to change the wheel by my own using the spare wheel. When I was back in the hotel I asked the rental car company how we should behave and if we should replace the spare wheel by a new wheel or if someone of the company is coming to us for help. I was not feeling safe to drive with a small spare wheel. I don't get any guidance from the company, so that I was going by my own to the vulcanizing shop to replace the wheel. I was expecting that the company will pay me back, but I was wrong (Im still waiting for my money). The company told me that the damage of the wheel is my mistake and I'm responsible to replace the wheel by my own. They argue that the wheels are new – the reality is that the wheels are more than 4 years old, which you could see on the DOT number on the wheels. But also this information was ignored and they only said, that I should look into my contract with the company.When I was booking the car, the rental car company promise me that they will pick up the car for free, because of my long time booking. But when I want to give back the car, the company said it cost 1.200 peso to pick up the car. They are not staying to their words.I will never use this rental car company again. In Summary: Not supportive, overpriced, wrong information on their website, unfriendly communication and old cars.

After inquiring about the availability of their cars for a one-day rental, they told me that they don't entertain micro bookings. Much to my surprise, as they never indicated a minimum number of days, and they even posted rates for "1-3 days".After that, they simply called me an UNEDUCATED BOTTOM FEEDER.This is by far the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had with anyone in the hospitality business.Even the 5 star hotels and restaurants I went to were never THIS RUDE. This is customer discrimination.I would advise this business to rethink how they handle their customers or potential customers, otherwise rethink entering a business in hospitality.Hospitality businesses THRIVE solely on customers. They make sure the customer experience is top notch. They are kind and attentive to what a customer needs. Or at least that's how I know it works. That's how I know should be.

Pleasant. I got a free upgrade because the unit I initially rented wasn’t available due to a late return. They really care customers and manage all aspects professional. Cars are very clean without any issue. Btw it’s my 2nd time I rent with them and they never disappointed me. I recommend.

I highly recommend Cebu Car Rental. The MG SUV we rented for our South Cebu Tour was super clean and was delivered to us promptly on time. The rental rate was fair for the nice imported car. The communication was smooth with fluent English. I'll definitely contact them again for any Cebu vehicle rentals in the future. Solid work.
